Our officer responded on foot from the nearby location where he was on patrol. A foot pursuit ensued and all three eluded capture initially. Approximately 30 minutes later one of the individuals was taken into custody and arrested after he was seen by a police officer emerging from a wooded location near Rupp Hill Road.
The individual was identified as Gregory L. Davis of North Payson Street Baltimore, MD. B/M/age 20. As a result of the search our officers recovered 2 flat screen televisions which were the property of Harris TV. Police officers also seized various tools from inside the van which we believe were used as instruments of crime.
These suspects also broke into two vehicles owned by Harris TV and it is from these vehicles that they removed the two televisions.
Entry was gained into the business by the burglars by cutting through the wall of the business.
